● Groups must cover the transportation expenses to the Belgrade Aiport
or to the
Serbian border. - Groups will also be charged with eventual
expenses by weight
excess taxes, visas and other arisen for their travel to Serbia.
● Groups will be responsible for making the arrangements to obtain the
air tickets
and to confirm the flights (round trip).
● Tickets must be arranged, with no exception, for round trip.
● The reservations must done enough in advance, so we can know the
arrival
data in due time to prepare the reception of the group at the
Aiport.
● In order to avoid troubles in the last moment, those group which
need it, must
apply for the visas in advance enough.
● Groups will be composed by no more than thirty-two (32) members,
including art director, president and driver(s).
● The organisers will cover groups transportation expenses inside the
Serbian
territory. In case of groups travelling by their own bus ,the
organisers will cover
gasoline costs inside Serbia. Any expense motivated by the bus use
(accident,
theft, damage, etc.) must be covered by the vehicle's insurance.
● Groups arriving by plane will be welcomed by representatives of our
festival at
the Belgrade Aiport, being them carried to the first festival's
seat.
● Food and accommodation during the dates mentioned in the invitation
will be
provided by the festivals. Lodging will be in students hostels.
● Festivals shall attend expenses of medical assistance, if necessary,
for those
diseases arisen during the stay of the group in Serbia.
● Groups will be paid a 3 Eur daily per person as pocket money.
● Groups will have all available necessary technical means for main
performances,
which allow an adequate performance of the programmes.
● Groups will always perform with live music. All groups must prepare
a program
with a longest duration of 60 minutes.
● All the members of the groups must wear traditional costume in all
the performances and all the garments must have traditional
character.
● Festivals also organise receptions offered by organisers or
authorities in which
there may be gifts exchange.
● During the festivals, groups commit themselves not to make
performances that
have not been scheduled or authorised by the festival's
organisations.
● Groups cannot demand any remuneration for possible filming,
broadcasting or
recording in TV, Radio,etc.
● There will be opportunity for the groups to sell souvenirs, DVD,
audio cd, etc...
(special arranged places).
● The acceptance of the invitation made by CIOFF Serbia by the
groups side, means the agreement with the conditions contained in
this document.
● Our festivals will take charge of all the expenses of your stay in
Serbia which
have been above mentioned (accommodation, food, local
transportation and
medical assistance for illnesses which have appeared in our
country) during the
dates specified in our official invitation. If, for any reasons
beyond our festivals,
the group should stay in Serbia more time, before or after, the
expenses will be
covered by the group.
